11:30 Unofficial PR by 3:50! Too bad it wasn't formally timed! Pretty course circling the Inner Harbor. WAVA 47.2%.

10:17 Had planned to do the 20K but it was just too cold! Wimped out! My 2nd fastest 5K, but it was a car-measured course. Hmm. 48/53 overall (90%). WAVA 50.2%.

VERY FUN! But totally screwed up my lap counts and watch timing, so swam 2 or 3 extra laps. Actual time for first 10 laps/500 yards = 12:32.82 or 2:30.5/100 yards (PR). LONG transitions were not officially counted. Bike PR: 3:54 min/mile or 15.3 mph (PR). 284/352 finishers = 80.6% overall (better than my running races).
