*Cancellation policy: Due to the overwhelming request for certain
ideal dates, particularly on Thursday through Sunday and every day
the two weeks before Christmas, the following policy is in effect:
Cancellations prior
to November 28th - no penalty.
Cancellations after
November 28th - $100.00.
Cancellations less
than 7 days before date - 50% of the agreed fee.
Cancellations on
the day of the booking or after the fact - 100% of the agreed fee.
