Sexual Harassment. Talk about something which caused good laws to be passed but which has expanded to be entirely moronic! No one should be harassed on the job, sexually or otherwise. It is entirely offensive for superiors and employers to use the power they have over employees to effectively extort anything, including sexual favors.

That said, the environment created by the current policies are completely insane. Someone can lose their job (documented case) for simply telling a female employee they look nice today without any leering looks or tones! If someone is sad it can and has been deemed 'sexual harassment' for you to offer a sympathetic ear! And if you have a picture of your wife or girlfriend or significant other on your desk in a bikini, this is considered creating a 'hostile work environment'. I agree... it is a hostile work environment. Hostile to any concepts of common sense and sanity!
