What if CPS is eliminated... what then?

OK... so people have constantly asked me... "OK, Neal... so what if you get what you want... so what if Gestapo CPS is eradicated, no vestige remaining... what then? What will you have in place to protect children from child abuse and criminal child neglect?"

I will answer that... and quite an obvious answer it is, too.

There are already laws on the books against actual child abuse and criminal child neglect. Throughout history there have been agencies set to enforce the laws and bring to justice those who violate the laws. These are called Law Enforcement Agencies. You might have noticed them from time to time... driving around in the spiffy cars with the red and blue lights... wearing their nice starched and pressed uniforms, their shiny badges. Trained professionals who are trained at law enforcement, at investigation, and at actually building a case where guilt of offense can be proven in a criminal court of law with a jury of peers.

They are coupled, of course, with the criminal justice system.... a system which manages to actually put away the worst murderers, rapists and thieves even with having to abide by all those pesky and inconvenient civil, constitutional, human, due process and parental rights of the accused.

And then there is the penal system which seems to manage to deal with those proven guilty in a real court of law (as compared to the farcical kangaroo courts of the (anti-)Family Courts).

I would have these agencies deal with the CRIMES of actual child abuse and criminal child neglect. As it should be. As it was for thousands of years prior to the spawning of CAPTA and the creation of Gestapo CPS and the Child Abuse and Kidnapping Industry it enabled... that was created by, amongst others, Walter Mondale, with the Mondale Act of 1974... an act he now wishes he never did anything about except oppose with every fiber of his being!

CAPTA and Gestapo CPS have only been around for less than thirty years, and see all the damage they have caused, the chaos they have wreaked, the absolute undermining of the most basic building block of society; The Family.

Some may wonder about the increased load upon these agencies. I see no problem there. CAPTA funding is immense. The elimination of CAPTA and Gestapo CPS and the Child Abuse and Kidnapping Industry will free up tens or hundreds of billions of dollars which can be put towards needed expansions and bolstering in these agencies.

Basically put, social workers will be put back into doing social work, and law enforcement will be back in the law enforcement business regarding laws against actual child abuse and criminal child neglect.

Families will be back to being able to live their lives without the gross violations of their civil, constitutional, human, due process and parental rights... and most importantly without having to look at their own government as their family's worst possible enemy!

Again, as it SHOULD be!
