Payment Options

We accept credit card and cash payment through PayPal. We will also accept money orders if mailed to Nene's Creations™. Please note the charge will be in U.S. dollars and that NO products will be mailed until the money order has cleared.

Shipping Policy

All orders will be assessed shipping charges based on their weight. The shopping cart will display the shipping cost as you check-out.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with all of your purchases and our service, and we'll do whatever it takes to make you a satisfied customer. Every item sold by Nene's Creations™ is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are unhappy with any products you receive from us, you may return them undamaged, within 30 days of the day we shipped them, and we will cheerfully refund your purchase price, minus a restocking fee of 20% of the price of the item(s) returned. To qualify for the refund, the product(s) must arrive within 30 days of the original shipment and in the same condition we shipped it--i.e. resalable as new, undamaged merchandise. Please repack the products carefully for the return trip to avoid damage in transit.

Please mail your package to the address below and be sure to label the box with "Customer Returns" to ensure your account is credited properly. There will be a $3.00 handling fee for all returns.
