Jazz at Lincoln Center's annual holiday concert, Red Hot Holiday Stomp, in Rose Theater at Frederick P. Rose Hall, home of Jazz at Lincoln Center, returns with its leader, trombonist Wycliffe Gordon.  This family-friendly concert will also include Victor Goines (tenor saxophone),  Wess "Warmdaddy" Anderson (alto saxophone), Marcus Printup (trumpet), Dan Nimmer (piano), Don Vappie (banjo), Joe Temperley (baritone saxophone), Herman Burney (bass), Herlin Riley (drums) and Niki Harris (vocals).  Audiences will enjoy Big Easy-style holiday swing in the Big Apple on December 10-12, 2009, at 8 p.m., and December 12, 2009 at 2 p.m.

Tickets at $30, $50, $75, $95 and $120 are available at the Jazz at Lincoln Center Box Office on Broadway at 60th St., by calling CenterCharge at 212.721.6500 or via jalc.org. Box Office hours: Mon.-Sat., 10 a.m.-6 p.m., Sun. 12 p.m.-6 p.m.  $10 Hot Seats are available for purchase to the general public on Wednesday of show week at the Jazz at Lincoln Center Box Office.  Subject to availability.

Kim Burrell brings the sounds of gospel, jazz and Christmas to The Allen Room at Frederick P. Rose Hall, home of Jazz at Lincoln Center, December 11 & 12, 2009 with sets at 7:30 and 9:30 p.m.  Enjoy Christmas favorites such as "God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen," "It's The Most Wonderful Time of the Year, "Little Drummer Boy," "Silent Night" and great gospel by "the gospel diva of the new millennium."  The ensemble includes Leon Lacy & Orchestra, Chris "Butch" Woodie (keyboards), True Destiny; consisting of six background vocalists, and other special guests.  

Tickets at $55 or $65 can be purchased through jalc.org or CenterCharge at 212-721-6500, open daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.  Tickets can also be purchased at the Jazz at Lincoln Center Box Office, located on Broadway at 60th Street, ground floor.   Box office hours are Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 12 noon to 6 p.m.
