Led by harmonica player and singer Paul Redmond, the Fat City Band features tenor sax man Diamond Jim Baker, bassist Mike Janelle, drummer John Litwin, pianist Rich Cesarini and guitarist Mark Andersen. With their new CD, “Good Time Guaranteed,” Fat City operates in that territory where the roots of rock and roll were formed, with rhythm and blues, swing, jump blues, New Orleans gumbo and boogie woogie all meshing together in a smoky roadhouse jam session.
