1) Using Rocky Hinges hidden hinge kit, I highly recommend a pre-alligned kit
2) Measured location and test fitted fitment
3) Inner Door pillar area had to be trimmed to fit the hinge structure
4) Cut slits into the door to test allignment, inserted hinged through the tacked welded doors
5) Welded bolt-in plate to the door pockets that came with the kit
6) Bolted the door pockets to the hinges then tack welded it to the doors
7) Welded a square tube between the door pockets to keep the door from twisting when opened
8) Hinges tacked in place to test allignment, ready to be fully welded
9) The kit comes with pre-fabricated moutning plates for the latches and striker plate
10) Find the location to mount the latches
11) Trimmed and tacked into place
12) Striker plate trimmed and tacked into place.
13) How it looks from the inside when closed
15) Latch plate finished, ready for final body work
16) The hinges are ready for final body work
Final steps left is to cover the door pockets and finish the door panel areas
