In the middle of a night, Link is awoken by a telepathic message from Princess Zelda, asking for help. He rescues her quickly... too quickly...
My Thoughts
It is a Zelda game, but I think it is overrated. I know it introduced some Zelda icons, but if say Link's Awakening took its place in time, then it might not be so highly regarded.
ALttP introduces bottles, including botttling fairies. But unlike later games, you need to use the bug-catching net to get them instead of swinging your bottle.
