The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap

Larger is not always better.
Storyline

It is the day of legend; when the door to the tiny people (The Picori) is opened. Zelda invites Link, her childhood friend, to come to the festivities. He is told by his grandfather that he must bring the blade he forged to present to the champion of the ceremony. Zelda and Link go to Hyrule Castle. It is time for the award ceremony. The guards bring the Picori Sword out. It is the champion's right to touch the blade. They call in the champion, Vaati. It turns out he's evil, and turns Zelda to stone. He also breaks the Picori Sword. Link must now save all of Hyrule (again).
My Thoughts

A good Zelda game. If you don't take an enemy seriously in the big world, you might hate is as a boss in the tiny world.

The Fairy
The second-most popular fairy is used. You can catch it in a bottle, or use it to heal yourself.
