The annual NJ Division election was held in April. We are pleased to welcome Carl Corsi, Bill Emmons and Ken O'Brien to the Board.
Updated Timetable of NJ Meets & Events. Updated membership information.

Announced change of time for Delran Meet, May 2. Clinics were changed to 9:00 AM. Layouts were open at 1:00 PM. Updated calendar. Added hobby shops offering discounts.

Fixed some minor errors. Announced that 30th Anniversary celebration will take place -- we have more than the 100 attendees we need. Thanks to everyone!.

Happy New Year! The January Division Meet is the 16 & 17. Look for your newsletter soon. The 30th Anniversary Dinner deadline is approaching fast -- January 20th!! Well if you are reading this, than you know the biggest change is moving this page to a new Internet Service Provider. So far the service provided by Earthlink Network has been great. Please note that the counter at the bottom of the page has been reset. It was at approximately 180 for the period of 7/30-10/1.
Our September Meet was a good time. Even with the nice weather, we had over 80 people come out to enjoy the layouts and see clinics on circus modeling and general model railroad tips.

Get those vacation slides ready....we'll have a member's slides program at the November Meet.
We are always looking for people who have ideas for clinics as well as people to give clinics. If you want to give a clinic or have an interesting idea, contact Sam Natal, or e-mail one of the Board members below.

The Division is planning a 30th Birthday celebration in March. An evening of good food and fun is being planned. A small committee is actively planning this event. More details will follow throughout the year, but we should all look forward to a great time.
To help celebrate the 30th Anniversary of the Division, a commemorative shirt is being developed. More details on this soon!

The annual election was held and the Board of Directors for 1997-1998 is listed below. Thanks to all those who ran as well as those who took the time to vote.
Konrad Richter has "retired" from the Board. Thanks to Kon for helping out when we needed him.
The Garden Layout Tour in June had well over 200 visitors at most locations. Thanks to all the layout owners for letting us drop by!
