What is a Marimba?
A marimba is an instrument somewhat akin to a xylophone. It has wooden keys
which cover two octaves. The keys are supported by a frame, which also supports the
resonators, long tubes or boxes that make the notes louder and fuller. Our marimbas
have keys of Paduk, a native tree, and PVC resonators.
