North Delta Neighbors
North Delta Neighbors formed in February 2006 for the sole purpose of opposing the commercial rezoning of the property on North Delta Highway known as RiverRidge Golf Course for McKenzie-Willamette's proposed hospital and medical center. This includes all land use Plan amendments and zone changes, the required Conditional Use Permit, and the site overlay.
