Welcome RCWindjammer enthusiasts!

Here we are in 2004. Many have come before you, many will follow.

Greetings to All!
Welcome to the RCWindjammer Labs located in beautiful Southern California. After 4 years of development the most environmentally friendly remote control land vehicle, The RCWindjammer, is born! The RCWindjammer is not only fun for the whole family, it can be an excellent way to learn physics and sailing techniques and will present more than enough challenge to the sailing enthusiast who has thought about conquering the land! Since the RCWindjammer is completely wind powered there are no motors involved, making it very "neighborhood friendly"! Any open parking lot, although development in alternative surfaces such as grass and snow is underway, such as a school on a weekend, is RCWindjammer paradise! As long as Mother Nature cooperates the RCWindjammer will provide endless hours of entertainment. Compared to other remote control sports The RCWindjammer is very economical, both in the initial cost and in the operating costs. A couple of AA batteries for the controller and you're off and sailing. New ways are being discovered all the time to increase the fun and challenge of sailing an RCWindjammer, and the young sport is limited only by your imagination!

Lyle has been dabbling in body design now that he has the Lexan thermoformed body on track you have to agree with me, this new baby has a great look!
How easy is it to switch to the body style? Wayne shows here that you can teach an old dog new tricks!
As the RCWindjammer becomes established nationwide we will post links to RCWindjammer groups and teams here. We will also post any FAQs and hints, tips, or RCWindjammer enthusiast ideas and photos.
