Introduction

Welcome to Mr. North's science page. Here, you will find out just about anything you want to know about the classes that Mr. North teaches: Chemistry & AP Chemistry. You can find information about each class, the schedule (current, past, & future), homework assignments (current, past, & future), and extra resources.

Information

You can visit the information pages to find out more about each class. This includes, but is not limited to, a short description, required supplies, textbook used, quiz & test formats, lab & homework formats, requirements for the class, and suggestions for which class to take next. Feel free to take a look at both your current class as well as the others.

Schedule

You will be able to find the schedule for each class in this area. You can see what we covered in class on a previous day if you were absent and you will also be able to look at the coming week. Future labs, quizzes, and tests will be posted here so that you will always be able to prepare for whatever is coming your way. Each assignment will also have a link from the schedule (on the day it is assigned) to its location on the "Homework" page. This will be updated on a daily basis so that it will always be both current and accurate.

Homework

You can find all of the assignments for each class here. All of the past and current assignments, as well as some of the future assignments, will be found here. The assigned date, due date, and actual assignment will be provided for each. This will allow you to look up past assignments if you were absent, current assignments if you left your planner at school, and future assignments if, for whatever reason, you want to know what they are.

Extras

This will be the catch-all for each class. You will be able to find supplement worksheets, practice, study guides, demos, activities, and labs here. Some of this material is simply here for your benefit. Some of this material will be vital to your success in class. And some of this material will be required for a grade. Anything that is required for a grade will be mentioned in class as well as linked to from the "Homework" page.
