These are Concord Grapes that I manually press through
plastic coated 1/2" screen being supported by a plastic
crate.
Most of the wine I have made is Wild Grape
and Concord Grapes. It always seems that
the best wine is from wild grapes.
I just started making Beer afew years ago.
Recipes I've tried are Nut Brown Ale, Wheat
Beer and the most recent Sweet Stout.
This label I drew about 20 years
ago with three other variations.
