Lisa Rehwoldt Lisa Rehwoldt, a native of California, made her solo debut with the Santa Barbara Symphony at the age of twelve. She has since made numerous appearances with orchestra, most recently with the Rainier Symphony of Seattle, Washington. Rehwoldt has been a top prize winner in the Westminster Graduate Piano Competition in Princeton, New Jersey and the Young Musicians Foundation Competition in Lima, Ohio, in addition to achieving homors in the Dorthy Anderson International Competition in Seattle and the Young Keyboard Artists International Competition in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Rehwoldt was chosen to perform in the master classes of such distinguished artists as Konrad Wolff, Paul Schenly, Jerome Lowenthal, and Lili Kraus, who praised Rehwoldt for "the joy she brings in her playing."

As a solo recitalist, Rehwoldt has recently appeared on the Rising Star Concert Series in McLean, Virginia, and the Music at the College of Notre Dame Concert Series in Baltimore, Maryland.

Rehwoldt also concertizes as chamber musician with her husband, Baltimore Symphony Orchestra first violinist Andrew Wasyluszko. Fall 2001 through Spring 2002 concert season appearances by the duo include recitals on the Music in the Mansion Concert Series at Strathmore Hall in Bethesda, Maryland, the Sundays at Three Chamber Series in Columbia, Maryland, and the Concerts by Candelight Chamber Series in Baltimore.

Rehwoldt holds the degrees of Doctor of Musical Arts and Master of Music from the Peabody Conservatory of the Johns Hopkins University and the Bachelor of Music degree from Oberlin College.

Dr. Rehwoldt also serves on the music faculty of the College of Notre Dame in Baltimore.
