ACCOMIDATIONS This 1st floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit easily sleeps 4; or up to 6 for visitors. It is comfortably furnished in warm tropically traditional colors. The Air-conditioned/Heated 1,326-sq./ft. unit has wide sliding doors leading out to a private screened lanai with patio table and chairs; and then steps out to the lake with illuminated fountain and cool ocean breezes. The community is beautifully landscaped with sidewalks leading to huge swimming pools only footsteps away. It's only a short walk to public waterfront parks, fishing and boat launching facilities.
The LIVING area has a leather recliner seat, two love seats, queen size sleeper sofa and tables with lamps. The video entertainment center has a large screen CATV with CD-DVD-VCR player. There are also telephones, clocks, radios and lighted ceiling fans in every room.
The KITCHEN is newly redecorated and FULLY equipped with every possible necessity; including: Oven/Range, Microwave, Cookware/Dishes/Flatware/Utensils, In-sink Disposal, Dishwasher, Refrigerator/Freezer/Ice maker, Coffee maker, Toaster, Blender, Mixer and Dining Table area with seating for 4 to 6 persons, plus 2 bar stool seats at the kitchen pass-through bar area.
The MASTER bedroom features king size bed, large screen CATV with DVD, clothes dresser, matching night stands and lamps. Sliding doors lead to the lanai with lake views. The newly redecorated master bath area has a large walk-in closet and double sinks area leading to a separate toilet, walk-in shower and Jacuzzi hot tub, both large enough for two people.
The GUEST bedroom area has two twin size beds, two dressers, lamps, a large closet, wall mirror, and a SECOND BATHROOM with Sink/vanity, toilet and full tub/shower with glass sliding doors. There is a separate LAUNDRY ROOM with Washer/Dryer, Iron/Board, Linens/Towels and Beach items; including: folding beach chairs, soft-sided cooler and floating toys.
AMENITIES INCLUDE full use of the private Tarpon Cove Yacht & Tennis Club with Fitness and Tennis club, two private restaurants and poolside Tiki Bar with daily happy hour. Weekly early bird diner specials, wine tasting nights, and lavish diners followed by relaxing sunset cruises on inter-coastal waterways. The free club shuttle boat cruises guests’ to-from Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park or the Barefoot Beach Preserve every half hour during the day.
