The NSDL is the minor league to NBA Sim. The NSDL is alot like the NBA's development league. The development league consists of 8 teams of 12 players each, which makes 96 players at all times. Each NBA Sim team will have the rights to three players. Players that are in the development league are there to get better and show their talent to the big league GMs. |

| At this point, you will be allowed to promote/demote your players and be able to trade your players and use them as "minor league" trade bait. We'll have 8 brand new GMs that will control each of the development league teams. It'll allow these new GMs to gain their experience at the lower levels, but it will also serve as a great way to replace GMs that quit or are fired in the "Major League". |
