Puget Sound Military Vehicle Collectors Club (PSMVCC) attended the annual air show at the Olympia airport on weekend of June 16, 2006. The show was sponsored by the Olympia Museum of Flight (http://www.olympicflightmuseum.com/ ) located at the airport. The Cascade War Birds were the featured aircraft of the day (http://www.cascadewarbirds.org/ . And of course we were in attendance (http://psmvcc.org/). Those attending from the club were Keith Dewey, Jeff High (organizer), Bill High, Dave King, Neil Dewey, Jim Horn, Rydel Edwards, Wayne Cook, Michael and Donna Wierman, Stephanie Rhone, Ricky, Morales, Richard Morales, Aaron Morales, Jackie Wilson, Joe Bostjancic, Chris and Lisa Brown, Vladimir Zalusky, Doug and Sharon Brackenbrough and Erik Perterson. We had a great time at this event and thanks to Jeff High for being the coordinator.
The next maximum club event is at Kelso WA. August 3, 4, 5, 6. This event is a community affair with plenty of publicity with a local radio station broadcasting from the airport site. Last year this was a fun event so make sure you plan to attend. We will probably have a convoy down as we did last year. Bill High is event coordinator.
