Mission Statement
To put the Serve back in "Protect & Serve" Why you should elect me
as Converse County Sheriff
I have dedicated 18 of my 21 years in Law Enforcement to Glenrock and Converse County, and want to continue to
serve you, the People. I will work hard to build a department that is responsive and helpful too in all situations, and will put the "Serve" back into
protect and serve. Goals If Elected: Improve Interdepartmental relations and cooperation: Work with all other law enforcement agencies operating in Converse County to share information, pool resources and make the most of each agency and officer’s strengths.Work toward a low cost/ long term solution to the jail crowding issue: The jail issue must be addressed in a manner that will save the taxpayers from expensive litigation, as well as be cost effective for years to come. I believe that
the jail and the courts must be housed together in order to save years of transportation and logistic costs.Improve Countywide Patrol Coverage: Patrol schedules need to be arranged so that the maximum possible patrol coverage of the county is during high crime and peak call hours. Work to provide a department that is more service oriented: All calls for service should be addressed with equal attention to other calls. I will work to put the “serve” back in the motto: “To Protect and Serve”.Work with the County Commission to increase pay and benefits for Sheriff’s office employees: Pay and benefits need to be increased in order to keep trained, experienced employees , as well as attract
quality applicants for future openings. Career Achievements, Accomplishments & Some of my background and Qualification's that will help me in serving you as your County Sheriff
