I thought it would be both helpful and useful if I were to enclose a further letter setting out a few purely administrative details.
Subscriptions
This year 2005 and next year will be set at the level of US Dollars 25. Please make sure that you send this direct to your Regional Coordinator, who will arrange to send your pack. Your Regional Coordinator will handle the transmission of the money on to us here at the Tower.
Donations
Ideally all of these must be sent to Charities Aid Foundation America in favour of the Hoghton Tower Preservation Trust so that you gain tax deductibility in the USA. The HTPT is fully accredited (Registered Charity No. 508357) and recognised by CAF America for this purpose but you must make sure that you tell them that you want your money to come to us.
