Allow me to bid you welcome, on behalf of His August Majestie's Government,
to these pages devoted to the Kingdoms of Gondor and Arnor and the Commonwealth
of Esgaroth. As we construct these pages, we shall attempt to provide both a
range of information about our own project of restoring the Reunited Kingdoms and links
to other responses to Professor Tolkien's work.
