The Northwest ARDS Support Network is operating under the fiscal sponsorship of the American Lung Association of Washington®.  Donations may be made to the American Lung Association of Washington® and earmarked for the Northwest ARDS Support Network.   Simply write your check to the "American Lung Association of Washington" and on the Memo line write "Northwest ARDS Support Network."   To the extent of IRS guidelines your cash contribution is deductible since the American Lung Association of Washington®, a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(C)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, has not provided you with any benefits in return for your contribution.
