Veterans of Bay County are approximately 22000 strong and growing daily.  The State of Florida now boast of having the largest population of Veterans in the Country (previously 2nd to California), while North West Florida is Home to the largest group of Military Retiree's and Widows of retirees.

Bay County Veterans Party Meets May 12, 2005, at Larry's BBQ at 6 PM.  Larry's is located on HWY 98 (Tyndall PKWY) in Callaway.  Food and Beverages available.
 
Every Bay County Citizen, Veteran or not, is eligible and encouraged to attend and join.  Every Citizen of Bay County, Florida can hold Office in the Party, be a Candidate for Political Office, in every phase of Government, City, County, State and Federal.
 
Do you want to regain the Constitutional rights given us by our Founders.  A Third Political Party is badly needed to create the checks and balances to force the present two Party's (Democrats & Republicans), to Represent the People instead of Money Brokers.

VETERANS PARTY OF BAY COUNTY INAUGURAL MEETING FEBRUARY 24, 2005

 The meeting was held at Larry’s Bar BQ, Callaway Florida at 6 PM to establish the Veterans Party of Bay County Florida.  It was noted that prior to the meeting, there were 17 Registered Veterans Party Voters in Bay County but an Executive Committee was needed to make the Party Official.  Five of the original 17 Registered Voters were present at the meeting and an additional 25 Registered and/or changed their party affiliation to the Veterans Party, bringing the total Registered Veterans Party Voters in Bay County to 42.  Several of those who Registered took blank Registration Forms home to their Spouse.  It was suggested and agreed that all Registered as Veterans Party Voters by close of the meeting would become Charter Members of the newly formed Veterans Party of Bay County.

Elections for the Party Executive Committee(Pro-Temp), was held with the following results:

Executive Committee Chairman (Pro-Temp); Michael Weems.

Executive Committee Vice-Chairman (Pro-Temp); Thom Mathey.

Executive Committee Secretary (Pro-Temp); Dollie Goldman.

Executive Committee Treasurer (Pro-Temp); Not Filled.
