CHEST

You know that sound a bike pump makes when your fillin

' up a tire ?? GET THAT SOUND IN YOUR HEAD !!!!..

& that's when you know yourdoin' CHEST !!.. I love that feel,

your sweatin' hard, your chest is pushin'up against your

sweatshirt, ya get that deep inhale & look down and see two

pillows fully inflated.. yeah.. that's chest day.. and this my

friends is what this workout is for.... A 16X

blaster to push more blood than a friggin' transfusion!!!!

So here ya go..

CHEST-

BP- (Bench Press, med/wide grip)

1X25/135 (WARMUP)

1X15/185

2X12/225

1X 8/275

IBP- (Incline Bench Press, mod/wide grip)

1X15/135

1X12/185

1X 8/225

1X 5/275

FF- (Flat Flyes, just a tad lower than parallel, but no lower)

2X15/25

2X12/45

IF- (Incline Flyes, same rule as above)

2X15/25

2X15/45

The Flat Flyes help expand your tie-ins from your chest to  your arms

at a medium level, whereas the incline flyes hit your tie-ins at more of

an upper level of the chest.. If you don't know what i'm talkin' about put

your arm out to your side and grab the flesh between your chest & arm,

THAT is a tie-in, k ??.. So goin' in kinda backwards fashion here, the Bench

Press (to me) is basically a warm-up for the chest & really nothing more.. I

know a lot of ya will debate this point with me, BUT note the parantheses,

that says "(TO ME)", and that's just MY point of view.. very good then..

The Incline Press is the one that really packs on the mass and creates a

shelf that you could set a trophy on!!.. It's the one that creates the image

that when your passing by someone on the street they instantly know that

you lift, and why ?? cuz that shelf sticks up high-n-mighty and they know

your rocked.. bottom line.. want a built to hell chest ?? then concentrate more

on Inclines than anything else.. they're the ones that are gonna get  ya noticed.

Summary: BP= warmup and mass

IBP= upper chest & overall development

                  FF= medial tie-ins

                  IF= upper tie-ins

Chest day can be totally awesome or totally a pain, whichever it is to you is

no matter to me.. all I can tell you is that if you follow what i've laid out here your

bound to get rocked, between your ribcage & neck.. and really, what the hell

more do ya want ????.. How bout' a size '50' coat ????.. sounds good to me,now

what about you ?? you gonna sit here or are you gonna go get with the weights

 and start carvin' ??
