If you are asking for one vote you MUST vote 

for everyones # 1 vote in return, if you are asking for 2 votes,

you MUST vote for everyones #1& #2 vote as they do the same for you.

When I say vote, that does not mean ONLY for yourself,it means for every vote link to match your own,that is listed. IF YOU DO NOT VOTE ON FRIDAYS YOU MUST LET ME KNOW,or be marked as no vote.

You MUST visit and sign guestbooks of All members

I will not post  Max Pages, 

Rule # 5.

Everyone Will send in a reminder Every week,Even  topsites, if they remain the same,

or not.

Rule # 6.

All topsites run on  a 24 hr. system, so if you vote  twice within that time frame

your vote will not count..

It is no longer mandatory to vote topsites on the weekends,

but if you want to, feel free to do so.

Rule # 7.

All updates must be in to me by 10pm (EST) on Sunday evening,if you cant do this,I will not be able to post them til Monday sometime,as I work alot of split shifts..

Rule # 8.

You will need to fill out the I Voted Form everyday,AFTER VOTING,...And if there is a hidden page I will need that form as well.

The I voted form must be signed by everyone,  no later than 11:00 EST Daily

this board shuts down from 11:05 til 11:30 nightly

 

 

Rule # 9.

There will be hidden pages,.

If you vote,and do not find the hidden page,you will be given a sad face,if this happens

3 times in a week,you will be removed.

 

Rule # 10.

If you want to leave the board ,Tell me dont just disapear.
