- Developed application and scripting solution for a GIS data problem. Wrote applications to interpret and process dirty data for a daily update process. C++, ArcSDE, FME, Oracle, and ArcView.
- Developed an application in C++ designed to maintain a GIS street cut database in an internet environment. The application allows for creation, deletion, and modification of geographic street cut data, based on the street centerline data for a large city. Robustness, performance, and precision were high priorities on this project. (http://www.coh-scps.org) Used C++, Visual C++, COM,
Oracle, ArcSDE, and Arcview.
- Designed, developed, and supported an object-oriented
application set in C++ to support a high-end set of GIS functionality
implemented in ESRI/ArcView - Landmark's OpenExplorer tool suite. This tool
set allows for distributed data retrieval of all supported OpenExplorer data
types based on user-defined, customizable, dynamic SQL queries, for eventual
geographical display in the OpenExplorer (ArcView) application. Used C++, Sun
Solaris, Visual C++, Oracle.
- Designed, developed, and supported an object-oriented, distributed information management system in C++ and Java for a major petroleum company using a metadata scheme. Used C++, Java, Solaris, Oracle, SDE, JDK, JFC.
