My son at five and a half years looked up at me one night during our nightly prayers and said, "What is Life for?". That is my question! Before I could say ummm, he sat up and said, "I know, it's to have Fun and to Love." This one statement is the most profound thing I have ever heard. -- To enjoy life and to care for others without expecting anything in return. Chew on that and it will change your life. By the way, you can't really love unless Jesus' Holy Spirit lives inside of you.
