Welcome to my personal site. I hope you like the design. AmberWolf Graphics and I are working hard to come up with new and interesting designs (you can see the previous design for this page here). We will be making changes here and there so keep your eyes on this site. This site includes my cars, my son, and my grandfather's autobiography. To navigate this site click on the images in the picture above. The entire site has just gone under the knife (again, March 2002) and been moved. The "Links" page is still not finished. I've put it up on the site anyway. I'm re-writing everything here so please be patient while I get it perfected.
A little introduction is in order.
I don’t know where to begin with this introduction but here goes: I’m in Tuscaloosa, Alabama and have been for many years. We first moved here in 1971 but I have moved around a little since then while my parents stayed here. I can’t begin to describe how much I loved living in Atlanta, Georgia. I started working for Domino's Pizza there and continued to work there after moving back here to my home town. Now I'm working two part time jobs and co-owning a screen printing and graphic design company (the link is also the paw print at the top of the page). There are many things I have an interest in including cars, old houses, computers, etc. Some of them I know absolutely nothing about, some I know a little about, and some I know a good bit about. I am not an expert in any of these things nor do I claim to be. I am a car nut which is something about which I know a little. I own two cars and two "for parts only" cars. The daily driver is a ’93 Ford Probe GT and the project car is a ’77 Mercury Capri Ghia Rally Cat. The Capri is under construction as this is being written but will eventually be terrorizing this town. My old '90 Probe GL was almost always being fiddled with. It's been sold to Amber's sister Aubrey. I have a '93 Probe GT now. You can see both of these cars on my Probe page. I am currently subscribed to more than five email lists and get way too much mail for my own good. They are the Fordnatics list, the Probe maintenance list, the Probe performance list, the Joke of the Day list, the Capri list, and several others. In addition I'm a registered member of several bulletin boards dealing with Probes and MX-6s. I also love racing and follow the NHRA, NASCAR Winston Cup, Formula One, and CART Indycar racing series. I went to see my awesome sister in Houston, Texas to watch the spring NHRA race every year from 1993 to 1999 and can tell you there is nothing like nitromethane in the morning! Here is some advice: Unless you have iron lungs and are otherwise impervious to chemicals do not ever stand behind a nitro Funny Car or Top Fuel Dragster in the pits when they warm that car up. You will choke. You will cry. You will wish you were 100 feet away! On the other hand I can’t stay awake long enough to watch a NASCAR race all the way through, even though I am a fan of the series. These days I catch up on these series by reading Autoweek magazine. I also love my computer. It was built locally by T & G Computing. It is only a 550e Mhz Pentium III machine but it works well for me.I still have a Dell Dimension XPS M233s. I had a Gateway 2000 P5-120 before that one but my grandfather has it now so he can have a little fun with computers like I do. Sometime after I gave him that one he bought another one for his other house. It seems he can't go without a computer handy either! I have a large number of favorites I would like to share with you. Click on the Links page button above to see them. I get many of them from a weekly email from Yahoo called "Picks of the week" and many of them from friends on the email lists. Then there’s the one from the bottom of the six pack of beer: http://www.moonme.com/ for Blue Moon beer, a favorite of the designers of this web page. Please visit my sister's home page too!
