Parish Membership :

New residents of the community are most welcome. We invite you to register at the rectory as soon as possible. We also ask that changes of address be submitted to the rectory.

The Sacrament of Baptism :

The Sacrament of Baptism is celebrated at Our Lady of Peace on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of each month at 1:00 PM We ask couples who are contemplating having their child baptized in the Faith to contact the rectory to register for the sacrament prior to attending the required Baptism Preparation Class. These classes are held QUARTERLY in the Knights of Columbus Council chambers in the annex across from the church on the 2nd Saturday of January, April, July, and October. Canon Law requires at least one godparent who is a practicing Catholic, who has received the Sacrament of Confirmation, and who is certified as such by the parish he or she attends. (A non-Catholic may act as a witness along with one practicing Catholic as long as the witness is a baptized Christian). Since classes are held only quarterly, parents are encouraged to make arrangements even prior to their child's birth.

The Sacrament of Matrimony :

Couples contemplating the reception of the Sacrament are asked to contact the rectory at least one year in advance. Please make an appointment with one of our priests or deacons to fulfill the canonical requirements before a wedding date can be set. Pre-Cana is necessary for every couple.

Our Lady of Peace School :

is a fully accredited educational facility committed to the Catholic education of the whole child grades Pre-K thru 8. Registration is available thru the School Office. see link to left for more information and activities
