Another view with the completed leveling kit installed...took me and my Brother in law about 5 hours to do, and he had a pretty well equiped shop.
The Jack-It kit really lifted my truck, I achieved about 4 inches in the front (some of that is due to the X-Springs that I ordered from the factory) and added a 2 inch add-a-leaf to the rear. The ride is a little firmer but not enough to really complain about. I actually like the ride better, it handles the corners a lot better now.
Next on the list will be bigger tires for sure...probably go with an AT in about a 315 x 75 x 16 size (35 x 12.50 x 16) tire.
Current mods are: Weld Outback Wheels with ConeHead Covers, 305 Tires, Tonneau Cover, Stainless Tool Box (under rail), Factory Ford Bed Liner, Factory Rear Mud Guards, Bug Shield, Reverse Lights, Acetoned Badge, Husky Floor Liners, Front Window Tint, Alarm Remote Start, Stainless Tube Grill
Future Mods, 35 x 12.50 x 16 Tires, Flowmaster 40 Series Muffler, Power Programmer, Sub-Woofer and Amp as well as replacing all factory speakers....plus some other stuff as soon as I get the funds !
