you recognize any of these symptoms "see your doctor".
Know the symptoms of asthma especially wheezing and chronic or nighttime cough.
Test Your Home For Radon This colorless, odorless gas is the second (2nd) leading cause of lung cancer, and it can be controlled.
Create An Asthma Action Plan If your child has asthma, help educate his/her school administrators, babysitters and others about medications, activities and warning signs. The Lung
Association can provide effective materials and programs.
Ask your doctor about Flu or Pneumonia shot The shots are helpful for those over 50 or have chronic diseases. Flu Shots are safe for people with asthma.
