Why one-sixth scale?
One-sixth scale (aka 1/6 scale, 1:6 scale, sixthscale) is a common size of museum furniture replicas (although I haven’t reached that level). Since this is also the scale of 11-12 inch action figures and fashion dolls (e.g., GI Joe, Barbie, Dragon Models, and BBI’s Elite Force and CY Girls), the models can be used as props in photostories, dioramas, or animated films.
