The production will feature orchestra, chorus and a superb cast
of international stars.

Soprano Alessandra Marc, star of the Metropolitan Opera, La Scala Milan and Covent Garden, will sing the role of the Jewess Rachel.

Internationally renowned tenor Benjamin Warshawski will sing the role of Eleazar.

The spectacular Bolchoi Opera coloratura Tatiyana Abiyakiy will sing the role of the Princess Eudoxie.

Italian-American tenor Antonio Giuliano will sing the role of Prince Leopold.

Contributions to support the production are welcomed. Opera Bel Canto is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Contributions to OBC are tax-deductible.

The production commemorates the 40th anniversary of Rabbi Harold White as the Jewish chaplain at Georgetown University.
OBC is pleased to honor Rabbi White

Opera Bel Canto is on hiatus and seeking new board members

While the Baltimore Opera Company and Catholic University's Summer Opera Theater have succumbed to the recession, OBC has gone on hiatus for two seasons.

We are seeking patrons to contribute to the support and guidance of the opera company.
