Additional Fees & Terms

Deposit One night deposit ($450) is required within one week of reservation to avoid cancellation. The remaining balance is due 20 days prior to arrival. House instructions, directions and keys will be distributed when full payment is received.

Security Deposit $450. Security deposit may be used to cover any damage, missing inventory or excessive cleaning charges upon departure. Unused portion of security deposit will be returned subject to cleaning/check out inspection.

Cleaning Fee $150

Lodging Taxes 8%

Hot Tub Fee $50 (per stay)

Check-in 4:00 pm

Check-out 11:00 am

Cancellation Policy Deposits are non-refundable, unless cancellation is made two weeks in advance and the house can be rented to another party.

Other This is a No smoking/No pets home. Please respect our home and our neighbors. We live in a quiet, residential neighborhood. If complaints are made, we reserve the right to vacate the premises immediately, without refund.
