A&S Individual Competition Form

Entries for category E are the combined effort of a Group.

Members of a Group do not have to be of Blood Relation. However, in keeping with Spirit of "It Takes MY Child..." at least one participating member of the Group must be under the age of 18.

Prizes for Each Category Donated by Howell Wal-Mart

Entries do not have to be completed, a Work-in-Progress is a wonderful contribution to this Competition!

Have Fun and Do Your Best!

Projects provided as part of the It Takes MY Child to Raze a Village itinerary are not eligible for A&S Judging and Prizes.                       However, there will be a "Look What I Made Today" Display Table at the event.
