Pharlane is located 9 miles north of Portland Oregon, in Washington State USA.  We are 1 mile from Interstate 5, off exit 9. Close to the Clark County Fairgrounds.

Bandit, is Border Collie and one of our herding dogs.
He is also our cat sitter.

This is Twin Oaks II Cody. He is another of our herding dogs. Cody is a double registered ASCA and AKC, DNA-CP, blue merle, Australian Shepherd. He has been retired from stud, and is not for sale. Our stud stock is listed below.

This breed is not considered an "apartment" dog as they like to herd be it sheep, cows, ducks, or kids on bikes. The latter can lead to nipping at a bicyclist, as the dog tries to herd the bike to where the dog wants it.

Current Litters

I currently do not have any litters, nor dogs for sale. I do not at this time have plans for an upcoming litter. I have retired from breeding dogs. A couple of the reasons I am no longer breeding dogs can be found on my picture page .... I do have the name of a breeder that lives close by.
