This is the pedistal with bushing on top. The bushing was made to increase the diameter of the original post from 2-1/2" to the current industry standard 2-7/8" .By doing this I avoided drilling the deck for a new pedistal. Thanks to Joe Kriz, good idea.

In 2003 We took on 3 spring projects 1. stern seat 2. Replaced Radar 3. Added swim step.

This spring 2004 has already been busy. We added the captains chairs (Chair, cushion and bracket by Todd Industries), I also upgraded the VHF radio (S/H Intrepid w/ RAM mic) and are now hanging a new (to us, 100hrs. old) Yamaha 225hp on the back. The new motor has a 30" shaft and is mounted on a 5" vertical lift plate. 47 mph @ 5500 rpm GPS measured.

The week after the new motor was put on was spent adjusting height and trim. I think this is as good as it gets for me.
