This is the pedistal with bushing on top. The bushing was made to increase the diameter of the original post from 2-1/2" to the current industry standard 2-7/8" .By doing this I avoided drilling the deck for a new pedistal. Thanks to Joe Kriz, good idea. |

This spring 2004 has already been busy. We added the captains chairs (Chair, cushion and bracket by Todd Industries), I also upgraded the VHF radio (S/H Intrepid w/ RAM mic) and are now hanging a new (to us, 100hrs. old) Yamaha 225hp on the back. The new motor has a 30" shaft and is mounted on a 5" vertical lift plate. 47 mph @ 5500 rpm GPS measured. |

The week after the new motor was put on was spent adjusting height and trim. I think this is as good as it gets for me. |
