As a police consultant, Phil White has provided case breaking information on the infamous and unsolved Provincetown, Massachusetts "Lady of the Dunes" murder case. This July 1974 "cold case" mystery has been featured by Mary Richardson on WCVB Channel 5's CHRONICLE show and FOX TV , the gruesome mutilation homicide is being considered for publication and screenplay and is further pursued by the print and broadcast media. Investigation of this fascinating case continues.

PHILLIP E. WHITE, a retired New Hampshire police officer and a four year U.S. Air Force veteran, has over thirty two years of international investigative experience. He is a CERTIFIED MISSING PERSON INVESTIGATOR with extensive experience in locating the "un-locatable". Licensed as a electronic security alarm technician, security alarm contractor and bonded locksmith, Phil White is also a SECURITY CONSULTANT providing loss prevention assessments for business and industry. Phil White has authored a number of articles on surveillance and investigations. Serving under several Mayoral administrations, he is a member of the Mayor's Commission on Crime and Drugs for the City of Brockton, Massachusetts, USA. A former Brockton District Court volunteer probation officer, White also served as an advisor to the Brockton Police DARE committee and has an extensive history of community service. A decorated Rotarian for many years, Phil White was recently made a Paul Harris Fellow by the Rotary Club of Brockton and Rotary International. In conjunction with the Molly Bish Foundation, White organized a five investigator team to pursue the Brockton, MA 17 year old cold case involving a missing teen, Jennifer Fay. The case has recently received national recognition on Fox TV, Geraldo Today, Paula Zahn Live as well has a host of greater Boston television stations. At the Missing Children's Day held at the statehouse in the Boston, Massachusetts. White received an award by the Bish Foundation for service on the Commonwealth' s missing children cold cases. |

In April of 1991 Phil White was one of four original "founding fathers" of the Licensed Private Detectives Association of Massachusetts, Inc.. LPDAM has become Massachusetts' premier investigator's organization, representing the majority of active detective agencies licensed in the Commonwealth. During his career White has served as secretary, treasurer, vice president and was the 1998-1999 LPDAM president. In June of 1997 Phil White was conferred the coveted "LIFE MEMBERSHIP" award for his dedicated service to the Association and the private investigation profession. Phil White currently serves as the LPDAM Association Executive Director.
In 1998 White was the founder of NECOSIA, a New England organization comprised of six state private detective associations who collectively strive to improve the profession through education, periodic discussions and legislative support. At the New England Conference in 2008 Phil White was honored with a "It Has been Done" award for the success of the New England Council of State Investigator Associations.
