Tuscany
This valle toscana is in Radda-in-Chianti, Italy. I sketched it from the balcony of our room in a medieval castello. The valley breeze was intoxicatingly fragrant.

Venice
From the Ponte dell’Accademia (a bridge over the Canal Grande) I sketched this scene looking towards the Basilica di Santa Maria. The picture is almost as nice as being there painting it.

Spoleto
Via stretta means narrow street. I picked this back alley to sketch because there was a nice place to sit. The streets fill with wonder during the Spoleto Art Festival.
