So, do you think you have a ghost? Are some strange things going on in your house, apartment or business? Perhaps you'd just like to talk to someone about your "problems". Maybe you would just like some advice on historical research, how to interview a client...or what's the best way to sketch out some floor plans. Well, we're here to help. Feel free to drop us a line! We're always here and ready to talk to you.

If you contact us, it doesn't mean you'll get 20 strangers walking through your door and rearranging furniture to set up some crazy equipment. Well, at least not right away! " First Contact" is simply people you can talk to...ask those questions you're afraid to ask...without fear of being mocked. If our e-mails and/or phone conversations lead to the need for an investigation, then you can be sure it will be done respectfully.

One of the biggest concerns many of our clients have is privacy. We want to assure you that this is also a big concern for us as well. We consider it a privilege to be allowed to investigate your home or business, so we take great care to honor your requests. If you request to keep your name, the name and location of your home or business secret, we値l be happy to accommodate you. We値l also keep faces hidden and will keep any photos off the website that would give away the location. The names can be changed and the locations can be generalized (i.e. house in New Jersey). The bottom line is, we値l tell the story but not where it took place.

All of the information we collect is for our research. Stories are posted, but things like phone numbers, addresses and such are never given out. If someone wants to contact you, they値l need to go through us. We値l pass along any messages or simply turn them away- at your request. We want to have the opportunity to come back and follow up on any finding we may get, so we will do whatever it takes to keep you satisfied.

Below you'll find the names of our contact people. If you're interested in having us investigate your location, please feel free to e-mail us. We can address any concerns you may have and answer any additional questions you may have. We'll set a date for a preliminary investigation, which means that 2 or 3 of us will come out to meet you and go over some information. It's a "getting to know each other" meeting. We can also survey the area at this time to determine any problems we may encounter.
