This page contains pictures of Peanut, our Apricot/white parti-color poodle. She was born Feb 1st, 2007 to Hiedi's Our Baby Girl and Presnells Trevor. She is over 16 months old and full grown at 6 lbs and 9 inches tall, and has apricot on her ears and apricot spots on her back and top knot.
Her mother is a brown/white parti-color that is a small miniature poodle at 10 lbs and 11 inches at the shoulder. She has tons of large round spots all over her body that are different shades of chocolate and a chocolate nose. Heidi is AKC/CKC registered with TONS of parti-colored poodles in her background! Heidi always has 6 puppies, usually 3 boys and 3 girls...but they are always in the 3-6 lb range.
Peanut has had one litter of 2 puppies before, but we are expecting her to follow in her mother's foot-steps with 3-6 puppies in T-cup or very tiny toy size in her future litters!
Peanut gets her body type from her father, Trevor, who is a CKC registered toy poodle. He is a black/white parti-color that is a very showy type toy poodle at 10 inches and 10 lbs; very slim and leggy...but square! He has tons of parti-colored poodles in his background!
Peanut is very refined and petite...but with energy to burn! I taught her to fetch a toy in about 10 minutes and she hasn't stopped since! She wakes me up at 6:30 am every morning with a ball in her mouth, ready to play! She is also a mommy's girl and HAS to be touching me with her foot or back when she sleeps. She is one of our most intelligent poodles, she can open a door knob and uses her toes like fingers!
Both Peanut and her mother Heidi are a dream to groom, and they both usually fall asleep on the grooming table! They are both very diligent about keeping an eye on our sons and adore playing with them. They are also both very gentle with my children and smaller dogs...they NEVER have to be reminded as they both seem to have a very maternal instinct about them! I can't wait to see what a great mommy Peanut will be one day!

She woke me up this morning by dropping her favorite ball on my head! Silly Nutty!
