I've met people that have traveled the world over and never seen
anything; and people that have never traveled very far, yet seen all
things worth seeing.
I've known people that were educated and knew almost nothing; and
people that couldn't read or write, yet knew everything that mattered.
I've observed people live a long life and never learn much; and some
that have lived a short life, yet learned almost everything worth
knowing.
I've seen greatness in people with nothing; and nothing in people with
greatness.
But its always been this way... everything remains the same through
constant change.
What is new for me, is that I can now add that I've known Hearing
people
that have hardly heard anything; and Deaf people that have heard almost
everything worth hearing. I followed one of them to Alaska on a
motorcycle. What follows, is the story.
