Andy
Trautmann has over 32 years of Law
Enforcement experience, starting as a patrolman, then assigned as an undercover
investigator, field-training officer, then promoted to detective and finally
retiring as a Patrol
Sergeant. He then resumed his Law
Enforcement career with another agency in Pennsylvania. He holds instructor
certifications in numerous firearms and use of force options.
He has been the Team Leader and Deputy Commander of a multi-jurisdictional SWAT Team and has
conducted SWAT training for numerous agencies.
He has also been qualified as an expert witness in firearms, patrol,
police procedures, tactics and use of force in Federal Court and the
Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. He
has conducted training for many Police agencies including the Philadelphia
Office of the F.B.I., members of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey State Police,
S.E.P.T.A. Transit Police and has been a presenter at both the annual and
regional training conferences of International Association of Law Enforcement
Firearms Instructors. He has
published two training manuals/reference guides for Law Enforcement trainers.
Additionally, he is a certified armorer for numerous handguns and Mossberg
shotguns and Colt M-16 family of weapons. He also holds five certifications for civilian firearms instruction through the National
Rifle Association.

Richard
M. Buggy spent four years of active military service with the United States Air
Force, Division of the Air Police. He formed, trained and supervised a ten man
pistol/rifle competition team representing 17th Air Force European
Command which toured throughout Europe and engaged in military weapons
competitions. Rich served twenty-eight years of full time employment with a
Township level police department in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, spending
approximately fifteen years in the Patrol Division, followed by thirteen years
in the Detective Bureau. Rich stayed involved throughout his career with
varying levels of weapons training and State certification for Officers and was
a founding and active member of a multi-jurisdictional SWAT Team in Delaware
County. Rich has received certifications from various agencies during his
career, to include, Pennsylvania State Police, The Federal Bureau of
Investigation, The United States Secret Service, The National Rifle Association,
The International Association of Law Enforcement Firearms Instructors and The
Delaware County Chiefs of Police Association.

Katie
Connolly graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in
Education. Prior to starting her career in Law Enforcement, Katie was an
8th grade Language Arts teacher. She started training in the martial arts
in 1999, and became a karate, Krav Maga, and fitness instructor. She
received certification as a personal trainer from the American Council on
Exercise. Katie is currently a police officer in Delaware County.
She is a certified Contact Defense and Control instructor, as well as TASER
instructor and NRA Firearms instructor. She has taught use-of- force,
defensive tactics, and firearms to various police departments and SWAT teams in
the area. She is a member of the Mid-Atlantic Tactical Officers'
Association, where she holds the position of Public Information Officer.
