Citizens Commission on Human Rights The CCHR is an internationally recognized organization that aggressively pursues and investigates psychiatric abuses. Powerful website. The Antipsychiatry Coalition The Antipsychiatry Coalition is a nonprofit volunteer group consisting of people who feel that they have been harmed by psychiatry. NAMI-Watch An organization that monitors cover-ups and scandals in the National Alliance for the Mentally Ill (NAMI). Bazelon Center for Mental Health Law For three decades, the Bazelon Center for Mental Health Law has been the nation's leading legal advocate for people with mental disabilities. Mental Health Law at MegaLaw Great site with all 50 state mental health laws. This is the mental health attorneys website and resource. American Bar Association Mental and Physical Disability Law Since 1973, this agency has focused on law related concerns of people with mental or physical disabilities. NARPA (National Association for Rights Protection and Advocacy) NARPA is an independent organization, a unique mix of people who've survived psychiatric intervention, advocates, and lawyers. Mind Freedom MindFreedom Support Coalition International unites 100 grassroots groups and thousands of members to win campaigns for human rights.
