The Renegades was a short-lived series of only a pilot movie and 6 episodes, but they are fun episodes to watch! Basically, the drama was similiar to "The Mod Squad" in that the focus is on a bunch of teenage juveniles who end up working for the police undercover. The pilot of "The Renegades" features Philip Casnoff (pictured in the still above) in a key role. Casnoff went on later to play opposite Patrick in "North and South". However, he only did the pilot and was replaced for the regular episodes of the series.
