I expected this West Virginia Swing to be something spectacular, but it has exceeded the expectations and we still have another show to go!
Highlights were many! Setlist included many a favorite song : Shakedown,Jungle In My Heart, Spin Song and the whole second set!! This is one show that had to be seen to believed!!People will talk about this show for years to come and I'm sure the legend will grow as the story is told!!

My oh my, there was no ice left in the IceHouse after the Juggling Invasion heated things up last night at davis and elkins college!! Abductees abounded all evening, and Mark ,Gus, Bruce, and Ivan gave their all for the 140 folks who braved the chilly15 degree winds.
[Spring Tour WV style!].
I'll leave the official setlist for others after they awake...their bellies are full from the steak and egg snack served up by gracious host Smokin Joe after the show, but what I remember, and I KNOW because my cheek muscles are sore as hell from smiling...
Set One: 3 Bells, as Mug and Co. arrive minutes later after a predictable "adventure"---->Shakedown Street. Shootin tequilla was in there, as was the spirit of pal stevie Green as All Here Together was next. Jumping Over Ashes was sweet, as well as Open Road and Restless [or was that the second set???] I know the set closer, spin song----> down Under---->spin song won over any in the place who weren't on the bus already!
the second set opened with a TREAT, as Hillary Murray from the JAMMING young band Tuscarawas ["tusk'-a-rahs", a river in central ohio]River Band joined the Suns on fidd, er, violin for a rousing Midnight Moonlight----->Big River. This to me was the highlight, as the tears streamed down my outstretched cheeks. Some dudes were doing this farout appalchian/ Russian step dancing-ask Brianne, I know she was checkin em out!. [The rest of TRB were abductees themselves, and enjoyed the post show reception with JS! They rock, check out trbland.com....they will play elkhenge with Vassar in September and have a cd from smokin joes coming out soon]. The set continued with Fortune Teller, Legalize It somewhere in there, Ya Mar, tomorrow Never Knows Tabls and coast----> Franklins to send the throngs into the cool evening with a warm fuzzy head!!!
Roger and Tim get credit for making the unusual, round, stone, 3 teired building sound f!@#$n GREAT!! Lucky we are to have them as our healy[s]!!!!KUDOS!!!
Now, time to kick back, enjoy the glow, the sunny warmer day, and get ready for the second leg of the WEST VIGINIA ABDUCTION at smokin joes!!!
Thank you Thank you Thank you all for this wonderful scene!:))))))))))HG
