Quick Jugs Report From OC, Md.

Julie and I are still in OC w/ the folks - looking foward to Trey->Stonehenge! Saturday's Jugs show down here deserves a little mention. Entire two set show - with only one cover (and that was a request for Satisfaction for my Dad who was in attendence). Only his second time seeing Jugs and he loved it. Only a handful of the faithful made the trek down here - including Elise, Al, Tim, Roger, Thom, Beth, .... I think that was it. But nevertheless it was a great night to really listen to the band. Highlights included a monster Laced In Silver, crazy transition of Shelter->Satisfaction, Aurthur was great, Jumpin' opener, Jam->Coast->Steppin' was a nice little jam. Just a very solid show for a very small crowd. But what can you say, having my Dad, my favorite band and a half-dozen of my favorite people is all this man needed. We've been spreading the word around here - wearing our Jugs shirts and we even met some guy in a shop on the boardwalk who knew all about Jugs and their history at the Blue Star.
