Runitania Outline is my newest and most beautiful Alphabet with a Baroque influence. A 'bead stitch' design, it swirls and twirls in a romantic, formal manner. Use this alpha to decorate a beautiful set of pillowcases, a satin robe or pajamas, or a dressy satin shell as a surprising offset to a wool suit. For formal occasions, use on a set of beautiful dinner napkins. One odd little thing about Runitania Outline is that the letters “I & J” and “O &Q” are the same.
Like cross-stitch designs, Runitania outline will be somewhat time consuming to stitch out. There will be lots of jump stitches between the smaller design elements. I strongly recommend trimming the jump stitches almost immediately after each jump so that the stitching doesn't cross over the jump stitch and make subsequent trimming more difficult. To make trimming easier, I have added “zig-zag” jump stitches when elements are too close and the stitch is too short to make clipping the stitches easier (the stitch will “zig” out, make a securing stitch, and “zag” back to the new portion of the design). I have made sure all jumps are securely stitched.
